CIArb NAB Announces 2021 “Best In Class” Programs

CIArb NAB is launching a series of webinars in 2021 aimed at helping its members develop and highlight their “Best in Class” practices.

The kickoff event, “Best in Class: Marketing and Branding Techniques – Navigating our New Normal,” will be held April 21, 2021 at 2 p.m. Eastern. This event is free.

Heather Hellman, CEO of H2 Marketing Consultants and Francesca Smith, Business Director of H2 Marketing, will help members develop “Best in Class” marketing and branding – offering tips on how members can communicate their unique value and better market themselves and their practices in the virtual world by creating and articulating their personal brand.

Laura Abrahamson, Board Member and Chair of the Best in Class programs, will moderate a question and answer session following the expert presentations.

In addition to helping members elevate their practices, the goal for the “Best In Class” programs is to raise awareness of the Chartered Institute’s and NAB’s superb training, education and collaboration among members and branches, which leads to “best in class arbitrators.”

Two additional events are being planned for this summer and fall.
