Reminder of Annual General Meeting

ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING ON DECEMBER 14

The Annual General Meeting of the North America Branch of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (“NAB”) will be held at 10 a.m. Eastern Time (NY Time), on Tuesday, December 14, 2021, by Zoom. Members should have received a link to register. Contact communications@ciarbnab.com if you are a member needing the registration link.

‌The Agenda for the AGM will be:

  1. Call to Order. Appointment of Chairperson for the AGM 2020. Confirmation of quorum.
  2. Summary of 2021 activities
  3. Report of NAB’s treasurer
  4. Confirmation of new and rejoining members to the Board of Directors members, including the announcement that the following members have been deemed elected for 3 year terms commencing on Jan. 1, 2022: Katherine Smith Dedrick, Ava Borrasso, David E. Sharp, Steven J. Cologne, and Tom Cunningham.
  5. Any Other Business
  6. Meeting Adjourned
