Mark Baker is Global Head of International Arbitration and a member of the Global Supervisory Board.
In addition to acting as lead Counsel in cases involving energy contracts, power purchase and sales agreements, construction contracts, project finance and development agreements, joint ventures and complex financial transactions, Mark has chaired, on average, eight international arbitration cases each year since 1998.
Mark was selected as 2014 Lawyer of the Year - Houston International Arbitration: Commercial by The Best Lawyers in America.
Mark was included in the 2012-2015 editions of The Best Lawyers in America in the practice areas of international arbitration: commercial and international arbitration: governmental.
