Met Newly Elected NAB Board Member Tom Cunningham of Houston

Tom Cunningham rejoins the NAB Board having served as Chair of the Texas Chapter from 2014 to 2019. During that time, Tom organized a number of events to promote the North American Branch, including member receptions, a meeting in Mexico City with leading members of the Mexico Chapter, and the CIArb Energy Arbitration Conference in Houston in 2017, which attracted a global audience. Tom’s litigation and arbitration career began at what is now Norton Rose Fulbright in 1974. In 1998, Tom established a boutique litigation and arbitration firm, which continues to flourish. He has arbitrated cases in a variety of substantive areas, primarily focused on energy, oil and gas, contracts, fiduciary duties, real estate, investments and trusts. In addition to CIArb, Tom is listed on the panels of the CPR International Institute, the London Court of International Arbitration, and the American Arbitration Association.
