Meet New NAB Board Member Steven J. Cologne of San Diego

Mr. Cologne currently serves as Managing Partner of Higgs Fletcher & Mack, San Diego’s oldest law firm. He has been an equity partner at Higgs, Fletcher & Mack since 1999, practicing complex tort and business litigation. In 2020, Mr. Cologne was awarded the Distinguished Alumni Award by the University of San Diego School of Law.

Mr. Cologne is listed as Advocate with the American Board of Trial Advocates with over 65 jury trials to verdict. He was selected by his peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America from 2008-2022. In 2020, he was admitted to practice law in all courts within the District of Columbia.

In addition to achieving a Fellowship in The Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) effective May 2020, in December 2020, he was appointed a Panelist with the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
