Tina Patterson, FCIArb is the Principal and Founder of Jade Solutions LLC, a woman-owned alternative dispute resolution and management consulting firm based in Germantown, Maryland. With more than 24 years of dispute resolution experience and over 350 completed arbitrations spanning domestic and international matters, she maintains an active practice across commercial, employment, financial services, technology, and international disputes.
Ms. Patterson is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, an IMI Certified Mediator, and a CEDR Accredited Mediator. She sits on arbitration and mediation panels with WIPO, SCCA, DIAC, FINRA, CPR, New Era ADR, the DC Bar Attorney Client Arbitration Board, and BBB. In 2026, she served as an arbitrator judge at the 33rd Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot in Vienna.
Ms. Patterson is Vice Chair of the ABA State, Local, Trial, and Government Lawyers Section\\\\\\\'s ADR and Judicial Committee. She is a member of the Sedona Conference Working Group 13 on Artificial Intelligence and Emerging Technology, and a member of the International Council for Online Dispute Resolution (ICODR). She has been a speaker and lecturer on international arbitration, AI governance and dispute resolution, online dispute resolution, and access to justice.
Prior to founding Jade Solutions, Ms. Patterson spent 18 years in the private sector, including roles in Fortune 500 payment technology and air pricing systems. She holds degrees from Brown University and Southern Methodist University and has completed executive education through the MassMutual Forward program. She is a former Commissioner with the Montgomery County Human Rights Commission.
