Jeremy Bloomenthal FCIArb, ArbP is a US and UK qualified lawyer focused on international commercial arbitration, investor-State arbitration, and cross-border disputes. He established his own practice in the Boston area in 2017, after working in New York, Tokyo, and Geneva.

Jeremy has served as a sole or co-arbitrator in over 20 commercial and consumer arbitrations involving securities, financial services, hospitality, and travel. He welcomes consideration for future arbitral appointments.

He has advised on international commercial and investor-State arbitrations across sectors including energy (oil & gas, renewables), life sciences (pharmaceuticals, medical devices), construction, technology, banking, and defense. He has extensive experience in ad hoc arbitrations under the UNCITRAL Rules and institutional proceedings under the ICC, LCIA, AAA-ICDR, SIAC, PCA, SCC, JCAA, KCAB, and Swiss Arbitration Centre. He has also served as a tribunal secretary or assistant in over 20 international commercial and investment treaty arbitrations.

Jeremy teaches international arbitration as an Adjunct Lecturer at New England Law | Boston.

In his dispute resolution practice, Jeremy draws on a broad background in US litigation and cross-border transactions. He has advised on, conducted due diligence for, negotiated, and executed M&A, joint venture, joint development, and technology licensing deals—many in the Asia-Pacific region. He also advises on commercial contracts and corporate law.

A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and admitted in New York, Massachusetts, and England & Wales (Solicitor), Jeremy holds an LL.M. in International Dispute Settlement and a Practitioner Certificate from the Swiss Arbitration Academy.
