Andrew Flake is a commercial arbitrator and mediator in Atlanta, Georgia with a long-standing practice focus on international and cross-border commercial disputes. He earned his law degree and Masters degree in International and Comparative Law (LL.M.) from Duke University School of Law, and after practicing law at a large Atlanta law firm for 22 years as a partner and member of its litigation and cross-border teams, in 2021, Andrew founded The Flake Law Firm in 2021 as a dispute resolution boutique. He continues to actively mediate and arbitrate in the international area, and serves as an arbitrator on the Commercial and Large Complex Case panels at the American Arbitration Association, the International Dispute Resolution Centre (ICDR), AAA\'s international arm, and on the World Intellectual Property Organization  List of Neutrals.  He is a frequent writer and presenter on alternative dispute resolution topics and is a member of our AtlAS Board of Directors  Andrew speaks English and German.
