Join us for an in-depth discussion on the evolving role of equitable estoppel in international arbitration. This webinar will explore how the doctrine is applied across jurisdictions, with a focus on its implications for non-signatories, the tension between party consent and fairness, and the practical impact under the New York Convention.
Drawing on recent case law and practical insights, our speaker Lonnie Schooler, FCIArb will highlight key challenges, jurisdictional differences, and actionable takeaways for practitioners navigating cross-border disputes. The conversation will be led by Ms. Julia E.
