The names of the retiring members are: Derrick Carson, David Wilson, Olga Zalomiy and Wayne Fagan.

The purpose of this letter is to invite you to nominate a branch member as a candidate for election to the Branch Committee. Any member of the Branch living in the geographical area covered by the Branch is eligible to stand for election. The term of office will be for three years. Normally a Committee member may stand for re-election at the end of his or her three year term.

Please download the nomination form, which must be completed and returned to me (by email or post) no later than close of business on March 16th, 2015

3/18/2015 -The names of all nominated candidates will be published on the branch’s website. An election will be required if there are more candidates than available positions on the Branch Committee. If an election is required, candidates will have to submit a CV and a manifesto to be prepared by no later than March 23rd. Candidates will be asked for this information as soon as it becomes clear that an election will have to be held

3/30/2015 – Voting papers will be sent out to all branch members if an election is to be held. The election papers will include a short standardised CV of each candidate and a short statement as to why they are seeking election.
