As a Principal Law Clerk for the New York State Court System for nearly 30 years, I reduced caseloads by successfully settling and drafting decisions on motions in thousands of commercial, consumer and personal-injury cases. I attended Fordham School of Law from 2020-2022 part-time while working full-time, earning an LLM in International Dispute Resolution. I am highly skilled in closing cases as a certified, trained, and experienced mediator, arbitrator, and tort-neutral evaluator conducting both in-person and online mediation and arbitration. I earned the prestigious title of Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators through the Advanced Route to Fellowship by passing the challenging award-writing module and belong to the North American Branch (NAB). I am a Chair-qualified member of the FINRA Panel of Public Arbitrators and a member of FINRA\\\'s roster of mediators. I frequently mediate and arbitrate attorney-client fee disputes involving some of New York\\\'s most prestigious firms. I mediate client grievances for the NYC Bar\\\'s Complaint Mediation Program in the First Department. I currently serve as Co-Chair of the New York County Lawyers Association Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee and sit on NYCLA\\\'s Board of Directors. I speak Spanish, some French, and am learning Ukrainian. I am also a member of the New York American Inn of Court in Manhattan, and Co-Chair its ADR team which presents a panel of experts on ADR.
