Jeremy M. Bloomenthal FCIArb is an international arbitration lawyer with experience in disputes involving energy, construction, life sciences, aviation, tax, joint ventures, intellectual property, and other subject matters, including investor-State arbitration. Before starting a solo practice in 2017, Jeremy was associated with law firms in New York, Tokyo, and Geneva, acquiring over six years of overseas legal experience.

Jeremy acts as counsel, consultant, or tribunal secretary in international arbitrations under the ICC, SIAC, ICDR-AAA, SCC, SCAI, KCAB, and JCAA rules, as well as ad hoc (including UNCITRAL) proceedings, seated in London, Paris, Geneva, Singapore, Zürich, New York, Stockholm, Tokyo, and other venues. In the role of tribunal secretary, he has served in a number of complex cases chaired by Professor William (Rusty) Park, an eminent Boston-based arbitrator. Jeremy has also sat as an arbitrator in US commercial arbitration administered by FINRA.

In addition to dispute resolution, Jeremy has extensive experience advising clients on cross-border M&A and technology transactions, corporate law issues, and contract drafting.

Dual qualified in the US (New York and Massachusetts) and UK (Solicitor of the Senior Courts, England and Wales), Jeremy holds a Swiss LL.M. in International Dispute Settlement and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.  He is a member of the Swiss Arbitration Association, the LCIA European Users Council, the Japan Association of Arbitrators, and several other professional associations.
