Jeremy M. Bloomenthal FCIArb is a dual-qualified (US-UK) attorney engaged primarily in international commercial disputes in a range of sectors (e.g., energy, construction, life sciences, banking) as well as investor-State disputes under bilateral and multilateral investment treaties. A sole practitioner in the Boston area since 2017, Jeremy previously worked at large law firms in New York, Tokyo, and Geneva, including more than six years overseas.

Jeremy acts as counsel, consultant, and tribunal secretary in international arbitrations administered by the ICC, ICDR-AAA, SIAC, PCA, LCIA, SCC, SCAI, KCAB, and JCAA, as well as those conducted ad hoc (including under the UNCITRAL Rules), in London, Paris, Geneva, Singapore, Zürich, New York, Stockholm, Tokyo, and other venues. Jeremy has served as tribunal secretary in a number of complex cases chaired by Professor William W. Park, an eminent Boston-based arbitrator.

Jeremy sits as an arbitrator in financial and securities related disputes administered by FINRA.

Jeremy has also frequently been engaged for transactional and corporate law matters, advising on cross-border M&A transactions, joint ventures, IP licensing and other technology transactions, and various corporate legal issues.

Admitted to the bar in New York and Massachusetts, and a Solicitor in England and Wales, Jeremy is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and holds a Swiss LL.M. in International Dispute Settlement (Geneva MIDS).

Jeremy is a member of various professional associations, including the USCIB (ICC-USA), the IBA, the Swiss Arbitration Association, the LCIA European Users\' Council, and the Japan Association of Arbitrators.
